Router configure my router to work with e-mule

Try resetting the Linksys back to the factory defaults and configure it again.
Power up the router and press the pinhole RESET button on the back of the router for 30 sec
Connect a LAN cable to the wireless router and open a browser and enter to router's configuration IP address and configure the wireless settings, remove the LAN cable when configuration is completed.
You need to configure then wireless card in the computer/laptop with the router's wireless settings.

Check DHCP/Manual IP configuration at both ends. I think Router is configured for manual IP configuration and Laptop is configured DHCP.

You need first to configure the linksys router to work with your road runner cable internet, if you have the setup CD for the router you can use to configure the router but if not you need to manually configure the router to work with Road runner cable internet by accessing the router setup page, if you're not aware on how to manually configure the router to work with road runner you can call this number so a Tech can walk you through with the process 1-877-787-8749...

you may try this and see if this help solve your problem. make sure your computer is directly connected to the router

Step 1: Shutdown the computer.
Step 2: reset the router while power on then Unplug the router’s power cable.
Step 3: Unplug the Broadband modem’s power cable and wait for 30 seconds.
Step 4: Plug in the Broadband modem’s power cable and wait for its lights to appear stable.
Step 5: Plug in the router's power cable once the modem’s lights appear stable.
Step 6: Power on the computer on and configure the router settings
Step 7: test the Internet connection.

if this still didnot work, upgrade the firmware of your router and repeat the same steps.

note:

configuring the router settings will depends who is your provider. if your isp is dsl you need to configure your ISP username (email address format) and password on the router. if your router is a cable no need to change any settings on the router. it should automatically work

Youre E-mule is running koz your DHCP on the router is still running.
The problem is the connection whit Bezeq whitch is prity bad. Get in to the router setup and use automatic setings for connection tipe.That mean that the router can tell the modem to establish connection by himself evritime when is crash. Or just tell them that you need Aztech 600e whitch is the best from Bezeq now.

I don't know how it is in this specific type of router but i hava a similar one, and u need to go inside ur settings and set up rule for firwall with the tcp 4553
