Could you send me instructions for use have lost them

The EC code means the sealed system and condenser is defective and the unit is not repairable. The coils are either freezing and stop functioning or just not condensing at all. You can temporarily reset it by unplugging it, but the unit is going bad regardless and will quit functioning pretty quickly afterwards. 

Call the number on the sticker on the back of the unit. It has the model# along with the Serial# and talk with customer service. They will send you an e-mail with instructions, follow the instructions and they will send you a new unit, all you have to do is remove the sticker and stick it on the instruction sheet and cut the cord. Take a picture of the cord and mail in the instruction sheet and they will send you a new unit.

Simply turn it off and let it set! this will allow the coils to thaw.

I have a Amcor DC830H and have lost the operating instructions . Could you please inform me as to what lights should be showing when using the dehumidifier part. Thank you

I have spoken with the folks at Haier. They have all current manuals on line for immediate down load. If yours is "classic" (read OBSOLETE), send em a e-mail and they will send you whaat you need.

I received great customer srvice from them.

My dehumidifer is 6 years old. I lost my instructions. Do not know how to set for normal control.
