Generic problem for all Camera Lenses

I have a digital camera. Its a S760 samsung digital camera. It takes blurry pictures when i am on every mode on the camera. When I go to turn the camera off, it beeps twice then shuts off. I tired straightening the lens. But, thats not the problem. I also tried taking out the batteries and card for a few minutes but it still didn't work. Help me please?

Yep my camera does the exact same thing, help! Tried readjusting all the settings and took batteries and memory card out.
