Nokia 1100 have felt on floor, two three dayes out going services had off,

I opned up the set and wash it with PCB cleaner,
Set on and every things are swoing on the display. I try to Ring Tone Setup suddently set is off.
after one or two hour i again try to on the set. it on but a black box is open and again off. in this way i try to on properly but.the display is swoing like this way ............
first it show SIM card insert ( SIM card insered position )
secoundly its show SIM card not valied.
thirdly it showing CONTACT SERVICE.

I try to flash it / rerult ..... nill.
Hitting on Flash IC. / result .......nill.

Kindly help me .
