Question about Kyocera Mita FS 3800 Laser Printer
Need someone to come look at our copier. We are in Camarillo, west of LA
I tried to remove the toner from my MITA DC 1455 copier and the toner tray bottom stuck while the top dislodged, spewing toner powder everywhere.
The copy color was too light even when I moved it to the darkest setting, so I don't know why there was toner powder in the tray and I don't know how to remove the bottom part of the toner tray and the fine toner powder without inhaling the toner particles. Please help.
I don't understand your website. I was charged 14.99 or so yesterday on my visa, but after your company accepted my payment, I learnedno one was available to help me. So I waited and this morning I have an email that is asking me to pay again or tell me how I fixed the problem.
It really is a simple problem that should be handled by you with a phone call rather than a lengthy internet procedure. I pulled out the toner tray and the bottom tray remained while the top came off and the powder spilled everywhere. I don't want to use a household vacuum on it. It is a mess. I need an approach to unhook the stuck bottom toner tray of the Mita DC 1455 (an old but serviceable copier) and replace the spilled toner with a new module. And how do I clean up spilled fine toner powder which is everywhere?
