Question about Canon NP 6050 Copier
E524 is a problem with a motor in the sorter (M5 fails to operate). You can always undock the sorter from the copier after unplugging the sorter from the copier, and then just use the copier without it. You need to have the sorter serviced.

If the partial reset resolves the issue, you do not need to continue.
