Question about Philips Magnavox 27MS343S 27" TV
In some of our Best Buy™ stores, we do accept electronics for recycling. I believe the fee you are seeing is a state imposed fee that has nothing to do with the retail establishment. I have most often seen this in the California stores.
My suggestion would be to contact your local store and see if they are capable of accepting the unit.
