try opening the dorr ands shutting it hard. If the code still comes up then reset the unit at the breaker box. Leave the breaker off for 1 to three minutes then check the unit. If the code is STILL there then the door lock is malfunctioning.

For the od error, open the door and jiggle the locks. It's possible that soap has gotten there and is making them not knock whatever it is they need to knock to register that the door has opened. You might need something fairly long and thin such as jeweler's screwdrivers.

od code is supposed to mean that lid has not been opened for the last 3 completed cycles. Also, apparently you tried the service mode and found the door lock to be working. So, unless the problem is with the electronic board itself the only other thing that could be happening is a faulty sensing switch at the door lid or a bad connection to it. I would try shorting the leads from the switch and see if the problem goes away. Then you might just need a new switch.
