Generic problem for all Ultrex Crock Pots and Slow Cookers

hey my name is Tonya,
I purschsed a complete set of ultrexII products from hsn , including the blender, and srockpot, I am so disappointed, the items all carried a 75year warranty, my pts and pans all leak from the bottom , my crock spilt in half as I was removing it from the base. how do I handle al these issues,
