Step 1: Make sure you have enough capacity on your iPhone.
Step 2: If your video size is not big, you can try importing video via email. Send video as an attachment to your email on computer, then download it on iPhone.
Step 3: If your video size is big, you have to move on to iCloud or iTunes. Upload your video to iCloud, then you can download it on your iPhone. Or import video to iTunes, and then sync with iPhone.

Why, they are wondering, since Flip video camcorders take videos in MP4 format and so does an iPhone. The simple reason is that the MP4 videos taken by flip video camcorders have different parameters from those taken by an iPhone, iPhone 3G or iPhone 3G S. Therefore, to view flip videos on iPhone, you will have to convert flip to iPhone compatible MP4 videos using a flip video converter and follow the steps below:

Step 1: Download
