The board will not print. I turned it off and back on and it made a noise and the light flashed, but it still did not print. After doing that, I pressed print again and only the display panel will flash. The only button that responds is the arrow button.
After looking at the troubleshooting section in the manual (what we should have done in the first place before posting this lol) we realized that we just needed to simply replace the Thermal Transfer Film.

All Panasonics can have a moist cloth or even a little metholated spirits on the screen. Occasionally a machine has a heavy bump which causes a greying effect between the two layers of the screen- you will NOT be able to remove the discolouring if that has happened. By the way- NEVER use whiteboard cleaning fluids on the screen- use water or a moist cloth for tough cleaning jobs-metho if desperate. Never use whiteboard cleaners on any whiteboard. Their job is to eat the surface so that you always need to use them.
Hi John, there may be the smallest piece right down in the throat area. Occasionall there can be some also completely rolled up in the paper shoot behind the rolls of film. I always remove the paper and turn it around prior to printing. At the end of each printing session, the next piece is drawn in and partially curled for 4cm. This will cause it to roll up inside at the next printing attempy- 9 times out of 10- Ross
Clear the error by turning off for 30 seconds.
when you move the board white sheet around you will see a black spot at the bottom. this tells the sheet when to stop. there should be one exactly on the opposite side which is missing, thats why it doesn't stop. you can buy replacements or have a technician do it or draw a black dot where it should be with a permanent marker. good luck
This indicates loss of home position reference and often can be rectifieD simply by giving the entire white board belt a thorough clean. Ensure that you clean it at both ends. You may need to move the belt by hand to do this, if so FIRST TURN OFF the POWER.
Just the lower half has a 1 inch line that follows across it. From the line above that every thing else is clear and perfect the way it should work. I cleaned every thing in the dam thing but still have the 1" bar at the bottom. So from their I have no clue what to do next. Any advise would help me greatly.
