There is a dirt on the ADF (CIS contact image sensor) that reads your document, identify where the lines came from either from top or bottom then open your adf and clean the affected area. this will solve the problem.

You may also want to check if the ADF is dirty or contaminated with dust or hair. Here's a link with some information about how to clean the scanner:
