Question about JVC Everio GZ-MG30 Camcorder
After purchasing my Everio MG330AUS camcorder, I tried to burn DVD's from the movies I took. The process seems to be working fine but just before it starts the burn I get "Error code FF053005". I have no trouble working the still pictures, it is only the live action that is giving me trouble. JVC tech support will not help me, as they say it is a software problem and the company that makes the software (Cyberlink) will not help me unless I purchase their service plan. They have a free tech support area but they have not bothered to reply.
If the video youve took was in your computer already or youve save it your computer and ready for burning, try to use nero for burning. i always use nero as my burning software application. hope that helps you

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
