Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
My sansa 2g mp3 player turns on when i plug it into the computer it will not let me put songs on it or appear in rhapsody. It does not go to the screen that says connected. It just turns on. Any help?
The e200 series players support a different kind of usb transfer that is designed to be used with media players such as Windows Media Player and Winamp. Go to Settings>USB mode and change that to MSC. This will allow it to show up as a portable drive in the Windows directory.
If your problems are with the player, make sure that the device is completely off when you connect it to the computer, and that the Hold switch is not activated. If neither of these suggestions help, post again with as many specifics as you can.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
