You may have a bad gasket, which is allowing moisture laden air to be sucked into the refrigerator. The moisture then condenses on the walls / shelving, and finds its way to the bottom.

Water accumulating inside fridge bottom make GE Model #gta18pbnaww

That's normal especially if you tend to leave the door open alot. Moisture from the outside air condenses and drips to the bottom. Also, if the refrigerator is automatic self-defrosting it will melt ice collecting around the refrigerator and the resulting water will collect at the bottom. Check under the food drawers for a drain hole. If it is clogged, clean it out. If it doesn't exist, periodically sponge out the bottom under the drawers.

Why is water pooling in bottom of fridge under veggie drawer.? Also freezing ice cubes in back part of cube drawer

Just above the veg drawers at the back is a channel that collects water when the fridge defrosts. It has a hole to drain the water which is blocked and the water is pooling under the drawers. Clear the hole with a drinking straw.

We have a slow water leak in our fridge. The water pools under the bottom 2 produce drawers.

On most newer fridges, there is a very shallow 'V' shaped collection channel at the back of the fridge just above the bottom drawers, this is for condensate collection. In the middle of this channel there should be a hole, this quite often gets clogged, and over flows, hence the water at the bottom of the produce drawers, clear the hole and it should cure your leak, worth checking every couple of months.

Collecting water at bottom of frig inside under drawers.

begin by removing the grill on the front at floor level. look under there and you will see the evaporation pan. next pull the fridge out from the wall so you can get behind it. there you will see the tube. to unclog it you will have to disconnect it at the top and force hot water into it using a turkey baster.

Water/liquid collects at bottom of refrigerator under vegetable drawers

For water collecting inside of a refrigerator, there is usually something leaking inside, or perhaps the door seal is letting moist air into it.

Water collecting under crisper drawers.

When the refrigerator goes into defrost mode there is a drain tube that allows water melted off the evaporator coil to go into the drain pan that you found empty. That drain tube is clogged.
