Hello & Welcome to FixYa

If you have already tried cleaning the vent then the problem is with the Thermal fuse. When the thermal fuse goes bad it cannot be reset and replacing it is recommended repair. It is located on the blower wheel housing inside the rear panel to the exhaust duct. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

1990 lincoln town car 5.0 heater won't heat, but the fan and the air conditioner works fine, a new radiator was installed also before i bought it...engine don't seem very hot ..????

If the engine is not getting up to normal temp, I would replace the thermostat. Both heater hoses have to be hot to get heat inside the car.

I get a AF code and the blower is not turning. Dryer is turning and heating.

Sounds like you need a new blower wheel. You would need to remove the drum and front panel.I think it is a reverse thread on blower wheel.

My 1991 mercury capri is over heating and the oil pressure goes from 60 when cold to 30 when warn sometimes even drops lower than that

as long as you oil pressure don't drop below 30 you should be good on an oil pump.. as far as your shifter, the pin or bolt may be getting ready to fall off... don't pull on it anymore until you get it repaired or you may get it stuck in drive and not be able to put it back in park.. that could be tragic.

Wondering if I mounted the flame cutoff sensor in the correct way. Does it mount onto the side of the burner unit? The dryer is now working but seems to be running hot.

The cutoff switch don't control the heat. Just tripps if the dryer overheats. The heat is judged by this cycling thermostatlthemobilian_2742.jpg
Mostly these don't over heat. The probo gonna be up in here:

No HEAT!

The blower motor resistor is out and it is fairly inexpensive to get replaced around $25.00.
