Clarification Request

Dear Sir / Madam
Firstly I wish to state I did not "send" a request to solve this problem !
I startered to fill-out the problem pages...I thought this was a free service , until i came to the page that requested a fee, then i back-paged and deleted all info i had typed then went to another site !
Somehow it still went through, without my knowledge .
I am not and will not pay any fee - i did not complete pages or send, i deleted info !
I did solve problem myself, i replaces the 4 caps in the primary / hot side.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
