Are we talking a PC or a 4-port wireless gateway?
If the latter,
- Which password (there are more than a dozen possibilities)?
- Have you programmed the device in the past (are you comfortable getting into DOS mode and issuing commands)?
- Could it be the 'User Password' that was forgotten?
