Instead of printing directly from within the email, you might try saving the email (either under "save" or "export" in the menu) as a PDF file and then printing from that file instead. Sometimes this fixes the issue.

If you are having a problem printing an email page, click the printer icon on the actual email page or app that offers a printer-friendly copy of the email. Most email pages are not printer-friendly in and of themselves but require input from you_ ie. clicking on the printer icon on the email page. Hope this helps_ it did for me!
Is the whole page you want printed on half the page is just half the data printed? If the whole page is printed on half the paper then the problem is software. If the page only prints the left side or the right side blank on the other side then the problem is most likely the fuser assembly. Can you take a picture of the page and email it to us, we will email you back with what needs to be done next.
Ok, I was having this same problem and the solution for me appears to lay in the fact that the "photo tray" was pushed in, signaling to the printer that it should print to the size specifications of a photo (approximately half the width of a standard letter page).
I should also mention that with my problem, the printer would hang at every single print job--presumably to wait for you to input your photo paper--and that executing this fix solved the problem.
To fix this, I followed these instructions:
SOLUTION:Follow the steps below to correct the issue:
Disconnect power to the printer.
Remove all photo paper from the Photo Tray.
Push the Photo Tray completely into the printer.
Snap the Photo Tray out (towards you) sharply.
Reconnect power to the printer.
Print a self-test on 8.5 X 10 paper.
Engage the Photo Tray.
From the Printer Toolbox, select Calibrate the Photo Tray .
half page? just half top page (top-bottom), or left and right. If just left half page, set page setup as actually paper wide that inserted. because, if actually paper wide is smaller than page setup, some epson printer jsut print half. before starting printing, the paper sensor measure paper wide first.
Has anyone changed the paper size in the paper tray to another size by accident? Have you tried the manual feed tray? If that copies the whole image then the problem is with the paper size input of the paper tray.
