And you did not mention the type and version of your operating system(OS) and the nature of your network. Installing driver is very crucially depend upon the OS and the type of network that you are having.

Let assume that you are having genuine MS Windows 2003 Server as the backbone of your network and genuine MS Windows XP SP2 as the OS of the client PCs.
