i have an msi motherboard with intel chipset[msi 6541]
so could u kindly give me correct drivers

Masterhullo put the following link in either your browser or your download accelerator. download that file and use it to install your sound driver.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp27001-27500/sp27103.exe
if it doesnt work please post the model of that computer.

Apprenticejust create an account in driversguide.com
when you have an account.. just login on the login page
den select the type of driver you want to search
including the model number
diversguide will open the driver that you want
and you have to download it
after downloading... run the EXE or ZIP file
den it will automatically update the driver for your kind of device

WizI couldn't find the drivers on Microstar's website. There's a good chance you can download all the drivers you need from the computer manufacturer's website. For example, some of the Compaq EVO models have the MS-6541 motherboard.
In that case you would go to the HP website (since the two companies are now one), and look up the model number of your computer. From that location you can usually get all the motherboard drivers you need.
