Don't use cleaners on the rollers, they will leave Residue on the rollers. You should only use clean lint-free cloths and Isopropyl alcohol to clean rollers. The alcohol evaporates completely off so that it does not leave residue behind.
You will need to pull all the paper out and open the covers as much as possible without disassembling the printer, so you can access the rollers as good as possible.
Good luck!

the paper cannot be grabbed by the machine, so it shows "out of paper". I have to feed each paper and push it in individually. Do I need to clean the head? If yes, how to open it to clean? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
