I need to get into my original hotmail email address but it is unavailable because I forgot my password and have not tried to get into it too many times. I even tried an alternate to try to attach it to the original one and still was not able to get into my original email address.

I have the same problem.

You will have to call customer support to help reset your email or you will have to provide some information in order for them to give you your pass word. Only you can do.
