My pc infected by virus (registry, trojan, p.let). which i can't ftp, change my ip add, locked some my prog etc. so i want to format my pc and restore it ASAP.

if the virus infected most of your files & programs, and REFORMATTING is the best solution, but you'll lost everything. But if you're going to make a BACK-UP of everything, then virus will have it's back-up copy as well; so if you do have a licensed anti-virus better call the anti virus support number for them to manually removed the virus on your pc.

Yes, this sounds like a serious virus infection.
Try this:
1. Download a free Antivirus program like Avast:
http://download.cnet.com/Avast-Free-Antivirus/3000-2239_4-10019223.html?part=dl-85737&subj=dl&tag=button
2. Your downloaded file will be "setup_av_free.exe".
3. Instead of opening the exe file as is, rename the file first. You can rename a file by selecting it then right click then choose "rename". For example, you can rename the file to "paris.exe" or whatever you want.
4. After renaming the file, you can now run and install it.
Note: Some viruses recognize antivirus programs because they know the installer file names. By renaming the installer file, you are tricking the virus into allowing you to install the antivirus application.

My pc is infected by trojan.generic.kdv.92136 and my antivirus bitdefender is failed to remove it? how to remove the above virus

Go into accessories and System restore.

Go back to before you were infected. This will take some time but should clear your registry of virus.

Follow on-screen instructions

Torjan virus detected and due to virus unable to open files

That`s a critical infection and I`m affraid that you can't recover these files else from the original source. Usually infected files are taken by the antivirus software and moved to a secure zone and locked so you can't access them without antivirus approval.

As my computer and my mobile is infected.

Hi,

The best way to remove virus from your mobile is :-

Step 1. Download free version of kersperky from
http://download.cnet.com/Kaspersky-Mobile-Security-Symbian-OS/3000-2064_4-10640241.html?tag=mncol

Step 2 . Install it , activate 30 days trial and update it from update tag antivirus >> updates.

Step 3. After that go to tag scanner and perform full scan.

Step 4. When scan complete remove all infections

Step 5. After removal it will ask you to restart your device. Restart once.

And enjoy Virus/Spyware free environment.

WHY MY PC DUMBS THOUGH NO VIRUS..

you are not totally remove the virus in your hard disk... all you have to do is backup on it and put in another good and updated antivirus to rescan those virus that are not detected.. and your system also have a lot of viruses in windows\system. i think you need to reformat the drive c to clean it all up and use new windowssystem, and back to normal again... dont forget to use updated antivirus with antispyware...

Antivirus

If you have already downloaded the programme you need, you must turn off system restore, then start your pc in safe mode, install the anti virus update the anti virus then run the check. Using safe mode will stop the trojan or virus from running and making it easier to find by the anti virus programme.
