Most likely a bad cable. Try bending a little bit of the wire at a time and see if the color flickers back to normal, or you could just by another cable and see if that fixes it. Happens to a lot of the projectors I support.

TV dead other than green flashing light

The problem might be cause by lamp error, need to access the service mode to change the value of lamp error code to zero (0). Entering service mode requires a trained TV technician. Changing data can cause more problem to your television. If you are not qualified to service your television, please do not go to service menu codes. Moreover below are the process, pls do so at your own risk.

* Unplug the TV
* Press and hold the {VOL -} + {CH+} buttons located on LCD TV unit (not in remote control)
Note: If above didn't work, alternately use (VOL -) + (TV/AV input) buttons located on LCD TV unit (not in remote control)
* While holding the above buttons, plug in the TV.
* The TV will turn on with the "K" or "K123" appears om screen.

* Use {CH+} {CH -} buttons to go and display the service menu. Note: If above didn't work, alternately use (VOL -) + (CH -) buttons. * Search for "LAMP ERROR menu" from the displayed service menu by using "up or Down cursor" from remote control, or alternatively use "CH - or CH+ to select "LAMP ERROR" * change it to zero (0) value, using {VOL+} or (VOL -) on remote control. * Turn the set off to exit the Service Menu.

You cooould have a bad ballast, but it's probably either that you put the lamp in wrong, or you have a defective lamp though. There's a 33% chance that any of those are the case. Unplug the TV for 30 seconds. Plug it back in. Try turning it on again. Make sure you didn't over tighten the lamp during install. Especially the screw on the side. It should be a tight connection. Send the lamp back and get a new one. Usually they come with a warranty. If the new one doesn't work, it's either the ballast, or the power supply.

My projector does not show any picture,only show blue screen, does the lamp need replacement an if it does how it will cost

If you are seeing the blue screen at startup, then the issue is more than likely not the lamp. What is your input source and what inputs are you connecting to?

If you are using a laptop PC, note that the VGA output by default is not active. You have to go into display settings and change it to dual monitor for VGA output to work.

Blue Screen

One of two things happened. The light engine died, or if that unit uses a single lamp, it died. Most Mitsubishi's used three lamps leading to the light engine. I am trying to fix my neighbors now and was lucky enough to find an engine for under $300. Dealers will charge between $800 and $1500 to fix this. Confirmation can only be done by a tech inspection. If the power button blinks a specific color or pattern repost with that information.
