Question about Washing Machines
I took off the lower front panel and cleaned out the two pipes and the filter. I restarted the washer and still get an F21 error code. The load in there when this happened was big and I don't know if the drum might be off balance. Is there any way of checking to see if the drum is off balance which may cause the F21 error code?
Unscrew the pump, there is probably objects in the pump, I get that error every month or so, I find coins in my pump all the time, if too much stuff gets in there the code F21 or sometimes SD comes up.

Hello & Welcome to FixYa
F21 error is displayed when the washer is unable to drain, press PAUSE/CANCEL button twice to clear the display. After this please check the drain hose and drain pump filter for any blockages and make sure it is not clogged with foreign particles. You can also check the drain pump to verify that its working. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.
