Cannot open it

I dropped my watch Gucci 1500 L on the ground. The back cover was opened and battery dropped out. I couldn't see the battery on the ground so I closed the back cover. Then later I found the battery and tried to open the cover again and couldn't open it.

I have the same problem.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
