I recently decided to purchase a subscription to rhapsody because my Sansa e260 is a compatible device with their ToGo service. But now that I have installed the rhapsody software my Sansa e260 is not being recognized by rhapsody. I was able to get the mp3 player to work on my office computer which has Windows XP with out a gliche but when I attempt the same procedures on my home laptop I just can't get it to work. My home laptop has Vista which I believe is what is causing the problem but I am not savvy when it comes to this sort of stuff so I don't know how to resolve my problem. I have contacted Rhapsody tech support and I have provided them with a system information report and a directx diagnostic report from my computer. The only solution they gave me was to uninstall the rhapsody software and re-install which I have done countless time already and I'm still having the same issue. Can anyone help me out PLEASE? I have spent so much time on this that I'm about to go crazy, I just want my mp3 to work properly as it does on my work computer. THANKS!!!! (I apologize for so much info but I figured that it might help)

I have same exact problem, works fine with XP but when I try to get Rhapsody to recognize the player using Vista OP it does not work. It works if I change the mode, but then cant see already loaded songs. I believe it is all due to this DRM ****. Anyway, I have been searching for a solution for months, but to no avail.
