The sound and picture are choppy and it starts and stops every 5 seconds or so. First I thought it was my connection to the internet but even when I am plugged in I have the same problem. Any advice? Thanks-Cathy--my e-mail is email@example.com

You have to get proper drivers or your setting buffer for video is not set properly.
