WR55X10942 is the part # of the board and from what I can gather on
Line, it is under recall. Call GE and mention recall of that board and see what they say.

You can but I wouldn't recommend it. I would get a multimeter and check switches for continuity. This will tell you if switches are good or bad. This switch could be a normally open or normally closed switch that is why I wouldn't recommend jumping it until you know what kind of switch you have. I think your defineitly on the right track though. Good luck.

First make sure that you are loosening the blade bolt (Are you turning it in the right direction?) Turn the mower on it's side and lodge a piece of wood between the blade and the body of the machine and really crank on that wrench. The blade bolt is probably rusted in the crankshaft.

Hi Jeff, have you got mulching blades fitted?

You probably need brakes... (I know the obvious) but if they're dragging means front calipers are extended and sensors are triggering dash lights. I highly suspect you need front brakes.

I have owned a cm1000 for about 10 years and have been very pleased with it. I received a replacement charging circuit board as a recall item but other than that no problems. I can usually mow my front and back yards about twice on a charge. I think I will replace the batteries this year for the first time because they are not performing well.

see if ur mower is cmm1000 type 1 to 4.this unit are recall for
board. see service center to upgrade the unit to CMM1200. if ur battery are not holding charge need the battery is not parts of the recall.battery will last 3 to 5 yrs apx.

if ur mower is under that type then see service center for recall. board are recall & needs convertion to CMM1200

convert your mower to cmm1200. you needs parts 905058-81 to convert it.this to elliminate the circuit board & it's easy to install just follow the instruction. circuit board was on recall depend on the date code of the mower it is also no longer available.
