Actually, there is a fuse. You need to take out all the screws and remove the two dials so you can take off the panel. Look to where the power cord connects to the board, and you will see the fuse. It is a 125V 4 amp fuse.

if your talking about a speaker that is powered by a speaker it dont have one but if you talking about a seperate powered speaker it will be located around where the power supply is where you see the power chord going into the speaker inside you should find it around there.Im guessing your speaker isnt powering on am i right if i am you are doing the right step in diagnosing your speaker this is the first thing i'd investigate.
Your Power Output Devices got fried, if you look the pcb there's an array of devices attached to the main heatsink with screws, Q34/Q35, MJE2955/MJE3055, check them as a starting point, hope this helps.
You have an overload somewhere which is causing the fuse to blow. They are mainly caused by shorted semicondutors (acting like a piece of wire instead of their job). Look careful around you might see damage or burnt parts.
1/ Check the power outlet, dont laugh i have been caught by this one
2/ Is the power cord removable (2 or 3 pin) if so then try another cord.
3/ If not check to see if there is a power switch in the vicinity of the cord

4/ Check to see if there is a fuse in the same area.
5/ If not you will have to remove the cover back, front, or bottom
to gain acess to the internal power supply, there should be a fuse in
the power supply and or a fuse in the amplifier circuit and or the speaker line.
Try hooking up a different signal input to your powered sub, another
stereo or even a dvd players audio output to the sub will work for a
test. Just make sure the subs gain is down before starting. If it
still not producing sound, the subwoofers amplifier is bad. I hope this
I had the same problem. The screws around the perimeter of the back plate must be unscrewed and the plate must be pried off as it is glued to the box. When replacing my fuse, 2A 5x20 GMA, it blew the fuse again. Disconnecting the second circuit board prevented the next fuse from blowing, but now the question is what is wrong with the circuit board? I cannot see any damage or shorts.
