Settings for GPRS are usually provided by your service provider for free, actually I'm doing this from my N6020 connected via IrDA to my PC.

Some service providers offer different levels of Internet access to their clients. For example, T-Mobile US offers
The solution is to request packet data access to the Internet. Your provider will install the appropriate settings on your capable phone and charge you the appropriate amount on a monthly and per kilobyte basis.

Check the settings for the Google app itself (find it in your apps list but don't open it, go Options>Settings and check application access to the network facilities.

contact your mobile service provider and tell them you want to activate the gprs and they will instruct you the next step and send you the settings

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
