The problem was due to the shutter guard being stuck closed. I cleaned out what was blocking the shutter guard and it fixed the problem.

Photo Recovery from Sony Cybershot is very easy using Remo Recover tool. I have used this application on my camera to recover deleted images many times and I was successful every time.

I deleted the photos from my Cyber shot Sony DSC-S700 permenantly. But i want to retrive them back

I'd recommend that you download this camera photo recovery program called asoftech photo recovery
http://www.asoftech.com/apr/

You have to use a card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the card in the card reader, open the recovery program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press "Start" and wait for it to do it's magic.

Touch screen has stoped working anf wont let me go on to menu to delete files because the memory is full happened sinse the memory filled up sony dcr-sx50e

Well that sounds like obvious... put the cable in to your computer and delete the files that you want to. If you can't use the "touch screen" and get full access to the camera's files, then plug the cable on your camera and computer and then access the folder and delete your files.
I hope I helped in something.

I cant delete file protected photos on my camera Cybershot dsc-s750

Please unprotect the images and try to delete the files. I have attached the Manual of the Camera where you can get the instructions to unprotect the images.

http://www.docs.sony.com/release/DSCS750_handbook.pdf

Please refer to page # 43 of the above Manual to unprotect the images.

I have a sony cybershot and I tried to delete a photo and I accidentally deleted all photos on my camera. There are no remaining images. Can I retrieve these images again and if so how?

If you can, you can do a google search for a program called FILE SCAVENGER. It will recover deleted files. I'm sure you can search for an undelete program that will work just as well for free but I do know File scavenger does work, I've used it myself.

There is 2 options available in camera to delete data / files in camera. You can delete files one-by-one with pressing Delete Button at right bottom corner of camera. You can also delete all files at once by selecting Format Option in Camera Menu.
