Make sure that you are running the engine every time that the stereo is playing or you'll deplete your battery's voltage. Also, make sure your alternator can supply the amount of current necessary to produce that kind of power. Amps X Volts = Watts is the formula you use to calculate this demand.

My amp have a 30 sec dalay when trun on

you have a delay as the current from you battery running to your amp is slow. if you buy a capacitor that will solve the problem as the current from the capacitor is faster than it is from your battery

gwm_inc, Please verify all speakers work or are not shorting the outputs of this Yamaha 100w/ch amp. Also this unit could have bad capacitors and or failed output transistors if the speaker terminals or connecting cables get shorted. I would guess that the power supply is detecting a FAULT condition and is shutting itself down to prevent a catastrpohic, nonrecoverable failure event!! Best shot would be to have a technician evaluate unit. 12fixlouie

Amps will turn on but cd player won't

if this is a stand alone cd changer, make sure you have the power wire running to an accessory that can handle the load, not the fuse your amps are hooked to as will be too much of a power draw, just step it over to another acc switch

Kole kx2-1440 wiring da amp up right

It is correct to connect the amp turn on wire to the amplifier remote. 5V is sufficient to turn most amplifiers on... It should be 12V optimally.
If the amplifier is not turning on with the ant. remote, the problem is with the amplifier.
