Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
The error message on our Xerox Document Centre 235 Series is coming up "(PLEASE REBOOT PRINTER 119-330)" I can't seem to find what this error message means in the manual/s for this machine.
It is still photocoping, scanning and faxing the only thing we are unable to do is print from our PC's to the machine. This is a networked machine so there are a few of us that print to it from different computers.
Can you please let me know how to fix this problem and how to reboot the printer?

Somewhere in the addressing there is an error.
You can call 1-800-821-2797 and ask for second level support. They can narrow down your problem.
116-XXX or 119_xxx codes normally have to do with addressing issues within the network.
