Open Question

I have balboa mod keys211d. K1 relay is switching on and off in 2 sec periodic intervals causing pump 2 to surge on/off. I disconnected j6 going to pump and the relay continues clicking. Pump 1 works normal.

Treadmill giving me error P1U

Got it. See last page of manual found here:

i.e. stuck in calibration mode.
2. Release SPEED DOWN only (must hear a beep or repeat 1 &2)
3. Release the other two
4. Press PROGRAM INTERVAL (treadmill will move up or down)
5. Press PROGRAM INTERVAL (treadmill will move up or down)
Calibration is complete. Enjoy your exercise!

The speed display no longer works correctly. When I hit the up arrow it jumps by random intervals vs. by .1 like it used to. I believe the speed needs to be recalibrated - and based on my research it seems...

Good Day Whelankev!

If the speed display on the console does not function properly, please try this:

1. Remove the key from the console and unplug the power cord.
2. Remove the screws from the hood and carefully remove the hood.
3. Locate the Reed Switch (21) and the Magnet (43) on the left side of the Pulley (42).
4. Turn the Pulley until the Magnet is aligned with the Reed Switch. Make sure that the gap between the Magnet and the Reed Switch is about 1/8".
5. If necessary, loosen the Reed Switch Screw (76) and move the Reed Switch slightly.
6. Retighten the Screw.
7. Re-attach the hood, and run the treadmill for a few minutes to check for a correct speed reading.

Hi I own the Horizon T605 Treadmill - The treadmill was working fine until we had a power surge and the treadmill stopped working after. My husband believes that it is a fuse. Do you think it could be...

The unit has a circuit breaker near the on/off switch on the front of the machine. The power surge may have tripped this circuit breaker and it needs to be reset.

If this doesn't solve the problem, Horizon's customer service number is 1.888.993.3199.

I have an everlast folding treadmill and the machine starts fine but then it speeds up and and stops and the display say E1. I tried adjusting the belt but to no avail. Please help. Thank you.

if your everlast speeds up all of a sudden it is your speed controller and this is useally caused by you not lubricating under the walking belt, a dry belt will cause friction which causes the motor to labor harder and then over time your motor will over heat and cause speed problems,

or buy pluging your power cord directly into your out let the surges with cause your controlle board to fail over time u must plug the power cord into a 15amp surge protector with min 500 jouls and 1 plug at all times,

you should always have a anti static mat under the whole treadmill if your treadmill is on carpet static can de magnatize your motor, and static will be pulled into the treadmill

so when u step on your treadmill u become charged with static so every time you touch your computer console you are causing little charges to your console which over time cause the computer to male fuction,

also watch out for useing cheap exstention cords they will cause major damage to your treadmills electronics and motor they can not carry the proper voltage from the outlet into your treadmill so this will daMAGE YOUR TREADMILL ALWAYS USE A HEAVEY OUT DOOR THICK EXSTENTION CORD make sure it is 15 amps and a heavy gage and no longer the 10-15ft

the longer the exstention cord the more power you loose

3 year old Toro Z4200 time cutter Z, 19 HP Kohler, engine runs great, new battery, new solenoid, with the seat sensor connected or by-passed, STILL WONT start off the key switch. Clicks at the kill relay....

My tractor is doing the exact same thing now. Did you ever get this problem figured out? I figure it to be a grounding problem, a short, or this "kill relay" problem.

My car fills like it wants to start but it won't.

Have you check or replace the fuel filter? Have you check the ignition fuse if is good. If were you I will check those two items before proceeding to replace the fuel pump. Fuel filter is cheaper and easy to replace, 70 percent of the problems is the fuel filter is glug up and is not enough to deliver psi to the fuel injections. If your fuel filter restrict the fuel to go thru, the fuel pump works hard and will go next to be bad. I hope this infomation will help you solve your problem.

Wiring of C2 has fuse, safety switch, flush switch and flush pump in series. If fuse is blown you probably need to replace pump. Instructions come with replacement pump.

Casset toilet will not pump water for flush

Open door, remove toilet cassette unit, look in under flush water tank, observe a short metal blade that actuates a safety switch. This is between two plastic guides. Now look just outside the right hand guide. There you will find the fuse which is a standard blade type. Just pull it down to remove from holder. You will probably find it rated at 3 amp. If it is blown you will probably have to replace pump. Looks difficult but is actually dead easy. Instructions come with replacement Thetford pump. Only problem you may have is a perished sealing ring on the paper holder cup which is no longer available as a spare. Just use a good quality outdoor type sealant as a replacement. Be sure to recover any bits of broken ring from the flush water tank as these can be drawn into your replacement pump and cause it to sieze. At minimum this will cause you to say bother! Happy repairing.

I need an owners manual for a 1989 cruise air II by georgie boy

Heat/ Should be a thermostat on the wall with a on off switch and a temp setting.
Power/ That will be battery or 110volt. You should look in one of your compartments outside, will be on drivers side. Look for a power chord to plug in. You should find a battery switch near the entry door it should read battery disconnect. The air cond. and micro only runs on 110 volt. Every thing else will be 12 volt, lights etc.
Water/ This has 2 sources, A drinking water safe RV fresh water hose/ white in color/ and you will have a fresh water storage tank filled from the outside which should resd fresh water fill. The water is pumped out of the tank into water system via a water pump operated by 12 volt power. The switch for that is typically in the bathroom or kitchen. Good luke.
