when i try to copy files there is an error message that says that the capacity of the device is not enough. i tried to format the device, but it hasn't solved the problem.
any idea?
I have the same problem.

The SanDisk cruser came with the nasty U3 launchpad software, try removing it and then reformatting the stick.
This site will tell you how and it has a download for the removal tool:
