Norton internet security 2010 regards DPFmate.exe as a trojan horse or as containing a trojan horse so I cannot access the keychain - I am using Windows Vista Home premium and added the Norton after having to have the system professionally restored because of infection.

use you security system to do a deep scan of the computer
if you use windows security , that is no 10 on the list of most effective systems so upgrade to norton or Kaspersky which rate in the 1 and 2 areas for security

Trojans can be tough to get rid of, the best solution is to reinstall Windows xp, then try installing norton again. Reinstalling windows will rid your computer of whatever program or cookie that contains the trojan. Then norton should take over and keep these forms of malware at bay.

The Virus name is TROJAN HORSE DOWNLOADER.It can be removed by DOWNLOADING THIS program.
