Internet explorer restarting on its own

Hello.. I can be working in an internet explorer window with a pop up.. once Im finished with the pop up and close the the window (or as some pop ups close themseves when your done) ALL my internet explorer windows close and restart the internet. I am loosing work in my on line classes every time this happens.. How do i stop this?

    internet explore windows close on their own or when i close them it say "internet explore has stoped working restarting" and it does this every time...

Your explorer may consider the pop up as a new tab and when you close it, it closes all tabs. Make sure that the settings in your explorer properties are set to warn you before closing all tabs. While you're there go over all settings and make sure they are correct. If the problem persists, then you might do a system repair with your recovery or operating system disc. This will cure any minor glitch that explorer may have.

One you need to see if you have a virus or ad-aware-spyware..you can do this by downloading a program like ad-aware and if you dont have an anti virus program you can download a free one from grisoft here are the links to those programs..

Will not take password


Hello sir/ma'am
It might be cache / cookies issue.
Please delete all cookies (i also prefer to delete browsing history) and delete Internet temperory files.
Folow these steps
Open Internet explorer
Click on Tools
Select Internet Options
make sure General tab is selected.
You will see browsing history heading.
Under that you will see a "Delete" button
Click on delete button
a new window will pop-up
Check all expect last one (leave Form data and Password box unticked if you dont know passwords - however i prefered to delete everything)
click delete
Once finished - click Ok
Close the browser
Wait for 30 to 60 sec.
Open Internet explorer and enjoy shopping.

Having trouble paying for my purchase. I forget my password and they sent me a temporary one but it will not work


Hello sir/ma'am
It might be cache / cookies issue. I assume you are talking about Paypal account.
Also it could be Internet Explorer issue (happens sometimes)
try to use chrome or safari.
If nothing works then try this
Please delete all cookies (i also prefer to delete browsing history) and delete Internet temperory files.
Folow these steps
Open Internet explorer
Click on Tools

Uninstall internet explorer 9


Hi fella, To uninstall Internet Explorer

The following instructions apply to both Windows 7 and Windows Vista.

  1. Click the Start button 4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33.jpg, type Programs and Features in the search box, and then click View installed updates in the left pane.

  2. Under Uninstall an update, scroll down to the Microsoft Windows section.

  3. Right-click Windows Internet Explorer 9, click Uninstall, and then, when prompted, click Yes.

  4. Click one of the following:

    • Restart now (to finish the process of uninstalling Internet Explorer 9, and restore the previous version of Internet Explorer).

    • Restart later (to wait until you shut down or restart your computer). BOL !

This could be a problem with corrupt internet explorer running in the computer ,Follow the steps below to resolve our issue .

Please follow the steps to resolve the problem you have with corrupt internet explorer

Pop up on Microsoft "Welcome to IE 8"


Until you finish the set up of your Internet explorer to IE 8 you will keep receiving the pop up asking for setting up the browser to IE 8 OR you will see another option as (ASK ME LATER)... This will keep repeating whenever you restart the system, So finish the setup by clicking "NEXT"Until you see FINISH once your done you will never see the pop up again..
