Despite of no screen do you have sound? Or you don't have sound either? Also s50hw-yb01 is the part number of the panel not the tv. Look at the label at the back of the tv for the model number
You have a case of failed SSB main board that has the audio/video processing circuits. Replacing the same would resolve the problem. Would you like me to find you a replacement?
The part costs about 150$. Please remove the back cover of the tv and locate the board with all the inputs. Get me the part number off it so that I can find you a replacement
I could not find the part anywhere online. Perhaps you should give a call to samsung parts and see if they have one. Ring them up at 1-800-627-4368 and quote BN94-011468 and BN41-00745C. If the part is not available they will offer you an alternate upgraded version of the part
Oh you are in Austraila huh? Well I am sure they have a parts store there as well, try this number and ask them to connect you to samsung parts. Its weekends so they won't be there. You should try on Monday
