While installing the bassinet fabric set onto the bassinet/seat frame, there are two Velcro straps that hold the bottom portion of the bassinet fabric onto the vertical connectors that attach to the chassis. You can find these if you follow the vertical connectors up from the ground (if the bassinet is sitting on the ground). They should be about 2 inches from the bottom of the bassinet on both sides. These Velcro straps hold the bassinet fabric onto the frame so the bassinet does not tilt. If these are fastened properly, and the bassinet is still tilting, you can take a photo of the problem and email me at email@example.com. I will take a look at the situation and try and help more.
