Unable to transfer contacts from nokia 6288 to...

I need your kind support in resolving my issue as below:

Contacts on my nokia 6288 reached 500 names, and i am unable to add new names. I've tried to transfer those names to my SD-memory but it seems this option is not available. If available, pls tell me how,

Also, when i sync., no contacts get copied from phone to pc ?
