Question about Canon PIXMA MP470 All-in-One Printer
I've installed all the drivers and software from my support disc that came with the printer. Tried 2 different USB Cables but my laptop with Vista still won't recognize the printer. I had the same problem with an HP printer of similar function. I believe I have all the right drivers and software. A person who sold it to me said to make sure my firewalls are turned off and I did this. They also mentioned that anti-virus software can cause problems. Anyway, how can I get Vista on my laptop to recognize this printer. Greatly appreciate any help you can give. Thanks, Mike
I think its a matter of compatibilty
ok here is the site to download the driver just select the OS
if that doesnt work then the only thing to do is to update vista service pack 1
thats all i can think about
let me know what happened with u
