Question about HP Photosmart 3310 Printer
I put a brand ink cartridge (light cyan) in my printer, but the screen says it's still empty and it keeps telling me it's empty. It won't register a new cartridge. Please help. Thanks.
the printer should have software installed enabling you to opt, for a printer-ink cartridge change.
If the cartridge has a chip fitted, it may be discharged.
The chip is supposed to be charged up, for the printer to recognise the newly installed cartridge.
view your settings in control panel/printer/properties to see what options you have available.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
