Presto Digital ProFry Deep Fryer Reset Switch

When we plug in the fryer it immediately goes off. It says in the manual to press the reset switch located on the back of the unit. The switch pushes in but seem to pop back out. Can the reset switch be replaced?

I have the same problem.
