OK... YOU HAVE TWO POSSIBILITIES... EITHER THE LEVER ON THE TOP COVER BROKE OR THE ONE ON THE PRINTER CARTRIDGE...

IF ITS THE ONE ON THE TOP COVER THEN YOU NEED TO REMOVE THE LEVER HANDLE COMPLETELY AND GET A PLYERS AND USE IT TO TURN THE METAL THE LEVER IS ATTACHED TO OR FIGURE OUT WHERE THE THE LEVER GETS THE MACHINE TO LATCH AND USE A FLAT HEAD SCREW DRIVER AND SLIP THE LATCH... THEN CONTACT KONICA MINOLTA AND PURCHASE A NEW LEVER...

IF ITS THE TONER LEVER THATS BROKEN... YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO GET A PLYERS... TAKE A FIRM GRIP ON THE TONER AND REMOVE THE TONER IN THE SAME WAY THAT YOU WOULD IF THE LATCH WAS THERE... IF ITS BEEN PUT IN ODD THEN IT MIGHT BE STUCK... YOU MIGHT NEED TO USE A FLATHEAD SCREWDRIVER ON THE ENDS TO HELP THE PROCESS ALONG...

MY Di2510f is jamming and throwing the code C004E can anyone tell me If I replace the fan will it continue to jam or will it stop the jamming?

Replacing the fan will only help you with that error code c004e. The jamming will be an entirely separate issue. Where is the machine jamming? Fuser area? Cassettes? Document Feeder? Please clarify.

I changed the ink cartridges and now it just flashes and says clear the carrier jam and press start??? what is a carrier jam and i have cleared everything that can be cleared and it still want work, so...

The mechanism that carries the cartridges is call the carriage (carrier). Remove all the cartridges and reinstall them, now move the whole mechanism with the cartridges installed from it's original position to somewhere and verify that there's no obstructions blocking the movement of the carriage. You can simply open the front access door and move the cartridges to somewhere from where it is now. That'll help you clear the error if there's no physical damage with the machine.

If you need further help, let me know.

Good luck.

Jammed Cartridge Carriage

This is a hardware problem. Probably the encoder strip is off-hooked or a mechanical problem inside the printer. I strongly suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support to further investigate the problem. i hope I can assist you more on this matter.

My printer had a jam, which I removed and may have bumped the cartridge. Now it keeps saying to remove and check cartridge. But nothing changes after I do that. Do I need to buy a new cartridge, or is it a...

Actually it posible that it bumped the whole alignment off of the printer.(Not kidding )If you look inside, there is a "belt looking" thing that the cartridges ride on. On those type of printers (ink jet's, bubble jet's), once you get a major paper jam and it does that often, well...Try unplugging the printer, open up the cover so you can see the ink cartridges, if not than manually pull them in from of you, take the ink out, move the slide back in forth 3-5 times (carefully), make sure that the belt is not damaged and is still working fine while moving it. Put the cartridges back in, turn it back on and then run the calibration utility that cam with the software. If that doesn't work let me [email protected]

The "arm" that ejects the slides has jamed on my Kodak projector.

the grease on the moving parts of the mechanism gets sticky with age. when the motor and cam stick, the select and index levers (which the cam moves) will stick. you'll need to remove the top and the whole mechanism and clean it out with wd40, dry it and regrease it. just remember what you removed so as to reinstall it properly.

Error Light on Brother HL-2170W

Do not try to depress the green lever, since you need to remove the cartridge AND its base altogether. Just grab the front middle part of the assembly, pull it out slowly and steadily. You may need to apply extra force in doing so as it does take some effort to disengage the cartridge assemly from its seated position.
After the cartridge is removed, you may find some jamed paper inside. simply remove it and the printer should work again.
You may email me at [email protected] should you have further questions.

Janome Excel 5124 reverse lever

If you pull the bottom off the machine (half a dozen screws) there is a cam on the main drive shaft. The cam is probably jammed in the reverse position due to lack of lubrication on the shaft. You can move the cam back manually and it will operate in forward direction. It appears that the shaft needs lubrication.
