Have you unplugged each of the cords going into the back of the Wii and reinserted them? Have you made sure the outlet it is plugged into has power?
Does the red light on the front of the Wii illuminate or not?
Have you tried ejecting the disc and/or inserting a disc to see if that turns it on?

Try waiting at least 2 minutes before plugging the power cord back in after unplugging it. This will allow a true 'power cycle', and the system will reset itself.
If that fails, and you're not worried about your warranty, you can open it up and look for the fuse inside. If it's burnt, change it (only replace it with the same type of fuse).
