Please help me solve my problem every time i scanned to pdf a documents
it's always blurred. I'ts not as clear as the original and also I misplaced the
handbook or the instructions book. Please advise what to do?
That's a function of either the original resolution of the document(in DPI...dots per inch) or it's in the settings of your pdf convertor(same issue with DPI). the higher that number, the clearer is the output, and also, the larger is the file size too.

from the sounds of this you have dirt or something on the scanning lenses. you need to check where the document you are scanning is loading it is carried across a lens that creates the image, if this is dirty you will get your symptoms coming out. if you lift the cover where the document is feed in you can clean this lens with some glass cleaner and a soft cloth. if all is printing ok you will waste ink by carrying out cleaning and alignment programs so save your ink and check the lenses for scanned doc. Hope this helps.Andy
I was assuming you are using a windows xp operating system. Here is what you need to do.
Click on Start Select Printers and Faxes See if the printer's icon is blurred or clear. If its blurred then, some of the reasons are usb cable not properly fix to both the printer and the usb slot of your computer / printer was set to use as offline / printer is turn off or has no power.
If the printer's icon is blurred, double click it. A small window will appear, Press the Printer menu and scroll down to "Use Printer Offline" Make sure it is uncheck. Close the window and see if the image of the printer's icon become clear.
The following solution is under the assumption you have installed the complete software via the supplied CD with your Epson Printer.
Windows: Right-click the printer icon on your taskbar (in the lower right corner of your screen). Select Head Cleaning. Note: If you don’t see the icon, go to your printer properties windowand click the Maintenance tab, then select Head Cleaning. i have the same problem. repeated cleanings seem to help, when i print large fonts they come out pretty clear, but the smaller the font, the worse the blurring. 600 DPI prints mismatching patterns, but 1200 DPI prints perfectly fine. so i have found that printing on "fine" quality instead of "fast" or "normal" quality improves print quality ALOT. it uses more ink, but i am in business and need to be able to read very fine print!
