If you are referring to Webroot Desktop Firewall, that software is no longer supported as it was discontinued years ago. The "No Longer Supported" factor means that it is not updated to keep up with new Windows systems and patches, so will slowly stop working and become worse and worse as it gets older. If this is the software you are referring to, unfortunately the best solution is to uninstall it and use a current, updated firewall instead.
If you want to stay with Webroot, their firewall is included in their Internet Security packages. Otherwise there are numerous free and paid firewalls, all with different features, problems, good sides and bad sides. Examples include Comodo, Zone Alarm, and Sunbelt.
