Re: TOSHIBA TV MODLE CX35D89 SERIAL NO.7564592 E6755
It could be the audio integrated circuit. I would advise that you check the output of the audio circuit before saying that for sure. In addition check the power supply since that to can cause audio problems as well as video problems. If possible can you post a picture of the screen with the problem present. This will help in the diagnosis of the problem.

The vertical sweep output is absent. Check its vertical output section circuit for the fault. Check all the solder terminals of that section, and resolder them by applying a little more solder. Take special care to the solder terminals of the vertical output IC. If these do not help you, check and replace the vertical output IC.
Hello.Theres a loose connection in your CRT board of your television. The problem is in vertical section maybe the vertical output IC is cold solder.Thats why harizontal lines appear in the screen of your TV.Your picture is good the problem is in the CRT board at the vertical section.
This is a problem with the vertical circuit that is usually a defective vertical IC. This part costs $10-$20 and is easily replaced. Sometimes there are capacitors in the same circuit that need to be replaced as well.
I think you have a vertical problem. Turn up screen voltage to see if there is a tin horizontal line across screen. If so replace vertical output IC and the 100uf/35v capacitor in the vertical circuit.
WELL FIRST U HAVE TO SEE WHETEHR THE SUPPLY FOR VERTICAL SECTION IS OK.IF ITS OK THAN.CHECK FOR SOME DRY SOLDER AT VERTICAL SECTION.OR ANY LEAKAGE CONDENSER ,AT LAST REAPLACE THE IC VERTICAL.IT WILL BE OK'
